Spark and Bizarre models can be bought from mail order suppliers and physical shops that you can find on the internet and eBay. Our Milezim brand, specialising in French cars, can only be bought direct from the Milezim website and our Flagship stores which also carry a wide range of Spark and Bizarre models which can also include old stock of hard to find models:
- Boutique Automoto in Paris and Meyrargues in France
- Spark Japan
We are really sorry but we produce so many different models, often in very small numbers, that it is not commercially practical for us to carry and supply spare parts.
We announce our latest models along with those that are in development or coming soon on our website
We do not produce special models for individual customers unless we receive orders in commercial quantities.
Except for limited editions, where we mark the size of the edition on the box, we do not publish production numbers, as some models can be reissued from time to time.
If you receive a broken or imperfect model you should complain to your supplier. Good suppliers wishing to protect their reputation should come to a fair and reasonable arrangement with you either by offering a replacement model or a refund. The supplier will then complain to us. If you have an unsatisfactory transaction that you cannot resolve directly with the supplier, please let us know the details including the name and address of the supplier and the price you paid. We will not replace the model or make a refund directly to you but it may help us keep track of unreliable suppliers so that we may refuse to deal with them in the future.
Production schedules are unfortunately subject to change and shipping times around the world can be unpredictable. Your supplier will know when your model is ready.
